Compressed Air Tester and Air Particle counter perform accurate air quality testing to the requirements of ISO 8573-1-2010 Air and Purity contaminants and EN12021.
Our Compressed Air Analyser utilises electronic cells to test for carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide and oxygen and with the Draeger Impactor for oil mist. Moisture is automatically measured with a built-in electronic dewpoint meter and there are digital readings for pressure, flow rate and ambient temperature. Our Air Particle Counter measures particles within the compressed air system. Combining both tests reassures our Clients that their compressed air system is working to its design performance and that its filtration system is doing its job and preventing contaminated air particles from entering controlled environments or processes through its compressed air system. Why should you test and analysis your compressed air system? 1st and foremost you want to ensure that your compressed air system is not producing excessive carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, moisture or oil which could contaminate your process,product, machines or controlled environments. This also includes air particle that could be generated by your compressor or other equipment and or the breakdown of inline Filters and their composition. Their degradation could lead to very costly contamination and possible recall of products. When should the system be tested? It depends on various factors: your business, what you are producing, type of industry and of course when maintenance has been completed on your compressor or filters replaced Really, it’s down to the Clients knowledge of their process the cost of contamination issues and down time.
